According to the flange, bolts and load conditions, HTS is equipped with appropriate fastening tools to ensure reliable load fastening and fast and convenient construction.

Generally, on-site construction machines and tools are arranged as follows:

①M12-M20 bolts are tightened by hand torque wrench; 

②M24-M64 bolts are fastened with hydraulic wrenches and electric wrenches, usually with 2-synchronous or 4-synchronous hydraulic wrenches; 

③ 4 (multiple) synchronous bolt tensioner shall be used for bolts above M64

④ synchronous hydraulic wrenches or 4 (multiple) synchronous bolt tensioner shall be adopted for flanges at key positions according to actual conditions; 

● Hydraulic nut cleaver: quickly remove rusted nuts 

● Hydraulic flange separator: simple, quick, flange separation, seal replacement, etc.

● Hydraulic flange tensioner: pull the flange and install it quickly 

● Bolt heater: fast, safe and reliable electromagnetic induction heating bolt 

● Ultrasonic bolt measuring instrument: accurately measure bolt length 

● Bolt load measuring instrument-accurately measure bolt load force 

● Other special auxiliary tools and equipment
