Our company provides flange constant torque fastening technical service for the core devices in a petrochemical 20 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project, and the bolts within the scope are fastened in place at one time, without hot tightening. In the construction tasks such as constant torque fastening of hydrogen production unit and flange inspection and repair of heavy oil hydrogenation unit in a refinery, our company provided advanced equipment and professional personnel to inspect, repair and fasten 584 groups of high-risk flanges, which ensured that the flange airtightness test passed once, and had remarkable ability in treating VOC emission exceeding the standard, static seal leakage and shortening the start-up time of hydrogenation unit.
